OLQH Villa Maria Retirement Center
OLQH provides excellent liturgical ministry to all residents of Villa Maria.
Spirituality means something different for everyone, and we believe that retirement is the perfect opportunity to explore what is really meaningful to you. We offer Mass at Villa Maria on Wednesdays and Sundays at 10 am, as well as weekly Protestant services. Currently we have one priest residing in Villa Maria. And we have weekly Rosary, Stations of the Cross, and Bible Study.
Take advantage of the variety of opportunities to get involved spiritually at Villa Maria. And if you prefer more personal reflection on your spirituality, we have a beautiful private day chapel located in the facility.

Resthaven
On the first Thursday of each month at 10:00 am, a Mass is celebrated by one of our priests in their chapel. Volunteers set up for Mass, lector, serve at the altar, and clean up after Mass.
OLQH volunteers also help in bringing the residents from their rooms to the chapel and returning them to their rooms after Mass. For those residents who cannot attend Mass, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion bring Communion to their rooms. On all other Thursdays, volunteers bring residents to the chapel for a rosary and communion service. They also bring Holy Communion to the residents who cannot attend. On every weekend, except the weekend following the Thursday Mass, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion visit Resthaven to bring Communion to the residents in their rooms. Three to four volunteers are scheduled for one weekend a month and assigned rooms on a hall to visit. They are asked to go on a Saturday or Sunday, but not necessarily at the same time. Schedules are sent out monthly or every other month.
